I had a great stay at the Premier Inn Dubai Ibn Battuta Mall. The friendly staff made a real difference, especially Ms. Madelyn at reception, who went above and beyond. The location is super convenient, right in the mall with easy access to the metro. However, I did notice a few issues with room cleanliness and service that could be improved.

The staff went above and beyond, making me feel very welcomed throughout my visit. However, I did encounter a few hiccups like a room key issue and some outdated room facilities that could use an upgrade, but overall, it was a solid stay.

I had a lovely stay at Premier Inn Dubai Ibn Battuta Mall, enjoying the modern and clean room along with the hotel's excellent connections to the metro and mall. However, I did experience some issues with the breakfast service being understaffed and some unpleasant smells in the hallway. Overall, it was a good value for the price and offered a convenient location for exploring Dubai.
