The location was great (very close to transport). The room had a very nice view of the city skyline, and I could easily see the metro. Dharam, who cleaned on the 11th floor, always kept my room clean and organized.
The soundproofing was not ideal. I could hear some noise from the highway.

The hotel's proximity to the mall created such ease. I could easily access many shopping options and dining. The staff was very friendly with my children. The breakfast area had a lovely ambiance. The service was attentive.
The gym floor seemed like it needed a bit more attention.

Great Hotel Next to the Metro

The front desk staff were very helpful. Madelyn and Affan were friendly during check-in and check-out. Sandip from housekeeping kept my room super clean throughout my stay. The hotel location is convenient as it is right next to the metro station and connected to the mall. I really appreciated that late check-out was accommodated until 2 pm.
The room had only shampoo. It lacked soap and tissues.

The breakfast buffet offers various options to start the day. I especially want to thank Thet, Ahmed, and the egg station chef for their excellent and detailed service. It was great to have so many options available.

the gym had limited equipments. i expect more variety for workout.

the location is pretty convenient, especially with the mall access right there. it was acceptable.
I had some issues with the room. first, the soundproofing was definitely not ideal, i could hear traffic noise constantly. also, the bathroom cleanliness could have been better. It was a little disappointing. the shower was not good.
